Mohammad Ashikur Rahman is the Senior Associate of Farooq & Associates. He graduated from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle, United Kingdom in 2011 with a Bachelor of Laws Degree. Following this, he completed his Bar Professional Training Course in 2012 and was called to the Bar as a Barrister of the Honorable Society of Gray’s Inn, London. He also holds a Master of Laws Degree in Corporate Law from Northumbria University, Newcastle. He is currently practicing as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He has more than 10 years of professional experience of practicing law.
Ashik has the unique experiences of working in the leading law firms in the jurisdiction of Bangladesh. He has impeccable records in dealing with clients and have credentials in advising local and foreign clients in various sectors, inter alia, Power and Energy, Corporate and Commercial Law, Telecommunication, Aviation, Admiralty, Merger and Acquisition, Banking and Finance, Labour Law, Securities Laws, Taxation and Litigation.
