Our team has advised the sponsors and project company in connection with the 8 MW (AC) Grid Tied Solar Power Project, which was the first solar IPP to achieve financial close. We have also been advising Scatec ASA and ib vogt GmbH in connection with 50MW(AC) Grid Tied Solar Power Projects located in Nilphamari, Bangladesh and Dhamrai, Bangladesh respectively. We have also been advising DEG – Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH in its proposed financing to a 50 MW(AC) Grid Tied Solar Power Project in Panchagarh, Bangladesh.
